Timezone nicknames

By default, World Calendar displays the timezone based on the city or UTC offset you searched. However you can set custom names as well.

If you have a preferred name for a timezone (e.g. “Redwood City” instead of “Pacific”), you can set that. Or you can name your cities after your contacts like “Andy” instead of “New York”.

Just open up the timezone selection view, and hit the edit button. Then tap the timezone you wish to give a nickname, and type whatever you want. To undo, repeat the steps and clear the input instead.
